MORNING SESSION 9:00 - 11:30
~ The case for Green Building: economic, health, and environmental
~ An introduction to the LEED library of rating systems
LUNCH 11:30 - 12:30, serving local organic food (lunch included for full-day students)
AFTERNOON SESSION - 12:30 - 4:30
~ LEED for New Construction – learn what the points are and what do you need to know to implement LEED
FULL-DAY: recommended for designers, engineers, students interested in implementing Green Building, and building owners considering new building.
HALF-DAY: intended for all interested in knowing more about how to green building could help their school, business, organization and community.
Course includes:
~ Half or full-day education session
~ Course booklet for half or full day
~ Organic breakfast snack and lunch
~ Study questions and tips for LEED AP exam (full day)
~ One 90 minute study session for those proceeding with LEED AP exam (date TBA)
Course fees:
Half-day $40 ($25 students)
Full-day $100 ($60 students)
