Cypress Villages Update - August 18th
Complete prices are finally here! There are now two tiers of homes, the Platinum and the Silver series. These names are associated with the LEED energy standards. All our homes will have the same MSV certified, energy efficient exterior shell, roofing material and allowance for landscaping. There are now more choices in the interior finishes, mechanical systems and energy generation.
The specifications for our homes are very, very high quality. The Platinum series is equivalent to a Luxury+ home, and the Silver series is only slightly less desirable. You will find our homes are as advertised from the beginning: Below Market cost, when equal specifications are compared. The only trouble in comparing our homes, is that you not be able to find an equivalently built structure!! When you want a home with Maharishi Sthapathya Veda certification, Platinum LEED quality energy standards which also meets or exceeds building codes, you will have to look in Cypress Villages in a few months.
Our single dwelling unit prices start at $93,800 for a Silver series one bedroom condominium and range upwards to $422,000 for a Platinum series single family detached home with five bedrooms.

The final platting has settled down, with many refinements and improvements. There are still 35 acres of Organic Permaculture parks, 46 acres of boundary land planted in Organic grains and grasses, ponds, parks and trails. In addition, planned amenities now include a natural amphitheater built into a grassed slope, a Meditation Hall for 200+, a swimming pool, Wind Turbines and paved roads.
The 10.41 acres of Commercial land at the SE corner is now platted into 9 lots. This is a planned Eco-Mall area for offices, retail, restaurants and a fueling station. Our lots remain for sale subject to Final Subdivision Approval. Lot prices range from $32,000 to $44,000 (includes lot, infrastructure and community amenities). The CC&R's set standards for all homes: MSV, Green, Code and the CV design compatibility. Alternative materials and methods may be fully compatible when professionally designed and executed.
We have over 30 deposits, and it would be ideal to begin construction in an orderly, efficient manner on all homes at once. However, there are people who are ready to build immediately, and those who will be ready next year. We have decided to begin with any number of homes so we can move ahead this fall!
