Cypress Villages Update - July 31st

Dear Friends: At this auspicious time of the year, we are pleased to announce these next steps in the development of Cypress Villages. I. The CV website now has:

• Elevations and Floorplans of nine of our homes and multi-family dwellings
• Prices for each home based on our Standard set of high quality, sustainable materials
• Lot selection plan
• New and updated Frequently Asked Questions

In order to access these new features, simply create an account on the CV website at http://www.cypressvillages.com by following the instructions on the left side of the page. Once logged in, you can save your settings on your personal computer and log on and off very easily. II. If you're in Fairfield, please come by the office and see the sectional Mock-Up that's almost finished at our office at 58 South Main St. III. You may make an appointment with our project manager or design team to discuss your needs and your price, and start planning to build your home or investment property immediately. IV. There are two homes still under design: a 2200 SF Duplex, and a 5,200 SF Ten-Plex. The Duplex will be priced similar to the Goldenseal. However, there will be some great economy pricing on the Ten-Plex. Our goal is to sell these approximately 513 SF units for under $80,000 each!!
